By using localeruption.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Local Eruption is a local events calendar covering Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and N Klamath counties in Central Oregon. We aggregate event listings from venue websites, social media, and other public sources to help people find things happening nearby.

We do our best to keep event details — dates, times, prices, and cancellations — accurate and current, but this information comes from venues and other third-party sources and can change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the venue before making plans, especially for anything time-sensitive. We're not responsible for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate listings.

The Site links to venue websites, social media pages, ticketing platforms, and other third-party destinations we don't control and aren't responsible for. Some event listings include embedded Instagram posts belonging to the venue or organizer, not to us. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Some content on the Site is paid advertising and is labeled “Advertisement.” Appearance of an ad doesn't mean we endorse the advertiser's business, products, or services beyond the fact that they paid for the placement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, systematically copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our permission.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g. attempting to overload our servers or bypass access controls).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

The Site's own text, design, and branding belong to Local Eruption. Event details are generally factual information sourced from public listings; venue names, logos, and photos remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed event will actually occur as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Eruption is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including damages related to attending (or missing) an event listed here.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
